James Bond Night

Friday 21 November, 2008 was the James Bond Night. The outing started by 8pm with an informal gathering at the famous Union Bar, where members discussed on a wide range of informal issues excluding academics. Ofcourse, it was laced with liquid in glasses(alcoholic and non alcoholic), to get every one in the mood for a James Bond kind of night. At about 11pm, the LLM Society team moved to the Tunnels where the event was held. It was really a James Bond thing as there were casino games, albeit free, for everyone who cared to try. You are asking if i tried? Yes! i did and made some wins, but do not ask me how much i made, because it is part of the James Bond secret. Any way the Bond style was evident in almost everything in the club that night. The music was a blend of James Brown and Tekno style...sure it offered something different from the popular Hip-hop style. In all it was a good night, recourse being had to the heavy snow that beautified the city and confined some of our members to the comfort of their rooms.
